The GS Serial Adapter (USB to battery pack connector) requires the Virtual COM port (VCP) driver from FTDI. Normally this driver will install automatically.
Iif it does not, a setup file for Windows 32 and 64 bit PC is provided below. Note: Run this file as administrator!

The GS01 Configurator software tool requires Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.2. Normally this software will install automatically. If it does not an Offline Installer is found at the below link:
